Prices are shown in ZAR and confirmed at checkout; shipping and tax are itemised before payment. Items are made on demand after your order is placed, so production begins only once payment is verified. Engraved or personalised items are cut to your confirmed spelling and cannot be returned for a spelling change. Cancellation is a request until the maker confirms the item can be stopped.
