Made-on-demand pieces can still be returned or exchanged — being made to order does not remove your rights. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if a piece isn’t right.
Personalised and engraved pieces
Once you confirm exact spelling, an engraved piece is cut to that spelling and cannot be returned for a spelling change. Genuine faults remain covered.
To start a return, use “Request cancellation” or “Request partial refund” on your order page, or contact us with your order reference.
